These workshops are specifically tailored to suit learners of various grades and ages. These workshops cover a variety of importants.
Therapy is useful in any life stage you may be in, to understand and process any difficult adjustments, experiences, or promote self-growth.
Assessments are a means of recognizing a child or individual’s personality, aptitude, abilities, behaviour as well as emotional functioning.
My primary approach to therapy is psychodynamic in nature. This means that I focus on the therapeutic relationship which I form with my clients. I am aware that each relationship is unique, and therapy is a journey we choose to go on together.
Through developing this relationship, I can understand how your past experiences have shaped your current patterns of thinking, relating, and behaviour and guide you to establish healthier perspectives and ways of dealing with your life stressors and overcoming past traumatic incidents.
Understanding the complexities of individuals, I do adjust my approach to serve the specific needs of my clients. The alternate approaches I use include
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT- Level 1 Qualified)
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT- Level 1 Qualified)
